Travel April/May 2025, FRA-SFO and LAX-FRA. Both airplanes were new 2 year old planes. The actual look of the business class seats looks at it is a bit older, but from the practical standpoint it was very good. Would choose this over a number of other longhaul business class products, especially Lufthansa’s.
Footwell was very good and you get the slippers too. Matress is provided as well.
Entertainment system on the first flight wasn’t working for the first 2 hours and travel map was offline the whole flight. Didn’t try Internet, but I presume it didn’t work on that flight as well.
Flight attendands were solid, but were constantly replying in German even if you would talk to them in English.
Food and drinks were very good, don’t have anything bad to say about this.
Sleeping experience was top notch. You can turn around and slep on sides. Seats I’ve used were 6A and 6K, both window.
