2023-04: Flew ZAG-DXB. Upgraded during baggage drop off. 700 eur. 5 year old plane. Three rows of business class, where the second row had throne seats (2-2, 1-1, 2-2).
Very comfy seats and bed was quite good as well.
Big screen, touchpad and remote. VERY responsive screen, the best so far (scrolling).
There was no champagne before we took off.
Low quality wine options, including champagne.
Food was quite OK, good crumble as a dessert. Al Ain mineral watter, similar to San Pellegrino. Snack option was pizza (chicken / mushroom).
Power plugs, practical place to store smaller things, bottle of water was provided. Amenity bags were so-so.
Business class PAX get their own (premium) bus to take us from the airplane to the terminal.
Overall very good experience.
