Altough there is a Star Alliance lounge at SEA (United Lounge at A gates), Lufthansa contracts this one as it is much closer to their flights to Europe (S gates).
Quite spcacious, nothing special ffrom the food perspective (hard boiled eggs, parfait), wellness water + a bar to order stuff. They allow Priority Pass as well.
